| Combuilder Pte Ltd is founded in November 1999 and began as a systems builder for complex flight simulation systems used by the military for pilot-training. Based on the company's proven expertise in a variety of systems, including the American F-5E "Tiger II" fighter aircraft, the French AS-550 "FENNEC" Antitank Helicopter and in Multi-Aircraft- Electronic and Threat Surveillance. Combuilder secured military systems contracts with major players in Singapore such as Singapore Technologies. | Building upon this success, Combuilder began to diversify beyond military-related markets in its second phase of company growth. Since 2001, Combuilder has been the main provider for IT solutions to the market leader in Township management in Singapore, EM Services Pte Ltd. EM Services is the managing agent for 9 out of Singapore's 16 Town Councils, representing 65% of the HDB market share in Singapore. This includes more than 500,000 residential units, 18,000 commercial units (retail shops and offices), 15,000 market and food centres, and 310,000 carpark lots. Through EM Services and the Town Councils, Combuilder's family of IT-in-FM products is deployed or being rolled out to a broad segment of the Singapore estates. | |||
