A Combuilder strategic partner is one of the top architecture universities in the Lianing Province, the Shenyang Architectural and Civil Engineering University (SYACEU). According to BigNet.com, SYACEU is ranked 6th in Technology in the Liaoning Province, and ranked 59th in Technology in all of China.
     
   

Combuilder is partnering with SYACEU to setup the "Combuilder Software Institute". Through this strategic partnership, SYACEU students will receive software skills certification (e.g. Java, CISCO networking) for increased marketability, and Combuilder will have a cost-effective software development base for all of her software projects in the China market.
