Service Ambassador (SA) was developed to improve resident’s satisfactory level by ensuring high interaction with residents and also ensure that their valuable feedback is handle promptly.
 
SA allow one to conduct survey on resident’s satisfactory level on service provided, collect their bio-information and also valuable feedbacks during site visits. It also provide data analytics and reporting feature such as resident’s demographic in relation to satisfactory level and so on. All of the reports will be useful for decision making such as type of activity to organize for each division to build a stronger community bond.  It also will facilitate the finding of long-term resolution to common issues faced by each division.
